1. Booking Procedure

Thank you for choosing Transmar! Please find our booking procedure below:

  1. Contact our sales team at ( with your shipment details to obtain a valid quotation.
  2. After receiving your quotation, please fill out and submit the Shipping Declaration Form including all details, and send to ( to process your booking.
  • For new customers: you will need to submit a scanned copy of your Commercial Registration and Tax Card, in order to register you on our system.
  • To withdraw empty containers from our Adabiya yard, your designated trucker must have a Letter of Guarantee, please contact the Customer Experience team for more details.

3. Your confirmation will be sent within 2 hours.

2. Post-Booking Documentation Procedure

Once cargo is stuffed in the container(s) and final weights are verified, the below documents are required to issue your Draft Bill of Lading.

  1. Fill out and submit the Final Shipping Declaration Form including all details and send to (
  2. Fill out the VGM Certificate Form and send a signed/stamped copy.
  3. Our Customer Experience team will assist you with any amendments you may need.

Now your draft is confirmed, cargo is on board and vessel has sailed, you will need to present the below documents in order to receive your Original Bill of Lading or Telex Release:

  1. Original bank deposit/payment receipt
  2. Original copy (signed and stamped) of the VGM Certificate Form.
  3. For your delegate to receive the Original Bill of Lading, we require a delegation letter (signed and stamped) on the shipper’s letterhead, including delegate’s name, ID number and Bill of Lading number. (Note: If you are a freight forwarder, we will require an authorization letter from the shipper (signed and stamped) on the shipper’s letterhead.)
  4. For ‘Telex Release’ shipments, you must submit an original copy of the Telex Release Form (signed and stamped) on the shipper’s letterhead.
